Our 30-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to the Starter Kit and any optional add-on products purchased at the same time.

How to request a refund

Simply email us at hello@aipublishher.com within 30 days of your purchase and include:

• The email address you used at checkout
• A note that you would like a refund

You do not need to give a reason. We process approved refunds to your original payment method.

When you’ll receive your refund

Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, to the card or method you used. Once approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Digital products

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, the 30-day guarantee is our refund offering. Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date may not be eligible.
